Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms

- Agreement formation — by creating an account or using the service, users agree to these terms
- Capacity to agree — users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement
- Entity agreements — terms for organizations or clinical practices accessing the Provider Dashboard
- Updated terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms
Description of Service
This section will describe what SteadyAF provides and — critically — what it does not provide. Clear boundaries around the scope of the service will be established here to support the Health Disclaimer in Section 7.
- What SteadyAF provides — a stability tracking platform, personalized exercise plans, medication risk flagging, and coordinated care tools
- What SteadyAF is not — not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not a replacement for professional medical advice
- Platform availability — SteadyAF is available as a mobile app and web application; availability may vary by region
- Service modifications — SteadyAF reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Third-party integrations — SteadyAF connects to external services (e.g., Apple Health, Medisafe); their terms apply independently
Account Registration
This section will define the requirements for creating and maintaining a SteadyAF account, including eligibility criteria, information accuracy obligations, and account security responsibilities.
- Eligibility — users must be 18 or older; Champions may connect to Athletes' accounts with the Athlete's explicit permission
- Accurate information — users agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration
- Account security — users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account
- Single account — each user may maintain one personal account without prior written approval for additional accounts
- Account types — distinctions between Athlete, Champion, and Provider accounts and their respective permissions
Subscription & Payment
This section will detail all financial terms associated with SteadyAF subscriptions, including billing cycles, cancellation policies, and refund terms.
- Available plans — Individual and Family plans with their respective features and pricing as listed on the pricing page

- Automatic renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- No free trial — SteadyAF does not offer a free trial period; full access begins immediately upon subscription
- Cancellation — users may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refund policy — specific conditions under which refunds may be issued (to be determined during legal review)
- Price changes — how SteadyAF will notify users of price adjustments and the notice period required
- Payment processing — billing is handled by a third-party processor; payment data is subject to their terms

Health Disclaimer
This section will make explicit that SteadyAF is a wellness platform and not a medical service. It is among the most legally critical sections of this document and requires thorough legal and clinical review before publication.
